地坑式架车机托头接触问题的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the contact problem on the head underfloor lifting system

Abstract
Since the contact problem is a nonlinear problem, and the computational cost of complex setups is high and exists divergence. But nodal coupling analysis is a linear problems, the above problem does not exist. It is necessary to study the feasibility of using the nodal coupling linear analysis instead of the nonlinear contact analysis. Taking the underfloor lifting system head structure as the research object, the finite element analysis software ANSYS respectively were used to establish a contact model and a node degree of freedom coupling model, and the contact analysis under the lifting condition was carried out. By exploring the contact stiffness and friction coefficient influence on the calculation results, the difference between the two model calculation results is analyzed. The analysis results show that for the model with no high precision or no relative slip of the contact surface, the model can be replaced by the coupling model of the node degree of freedom, and the nonlinear analysis is converted into linear analysis. The computational efficiency is greatly improved.关键词
