Cooperation optimization of factories, distribution centers and distributors under stochastic demand

Abstract
In view of the production-distribution-inventory-transportation system composed of a factory, multiple distribution centers and multiple distributor, the cooperation optimization problem of the system is discussed under the condition of continuous random variables. A bi level programming model is established to discuss the profit of the factory, the distribution centers and the distributors as well as the total profit per unit of time of the system under the independent decision. The total cost of the system under the joint decision was discussed. Using the modified Lagrange multiplier method, the improved C-Walgorithm and the optimization algorithm for transportation problem to seek the optimal delivery quantity, optimal distribution path, and optimal transmission capacity to minimize total system cost and to achieve a win-win system members. Using the supply chain revenue sharing coordination mechanism to make the increased profits distributed to the plant, the distribution centers and the distributors. The numerical example shows that the joint optimization model is better than the independent decision model under certain conditions.关键词
