Identification of critical success factors of PPP projects based on process analysis

Abstract
Based on the view of process analysis, PPP projects implementation can be divided into five stages: project identification, project preparation, project procurement, project execution, project transfer. The critical success factors of PPP projects are identificated preliminarily through system analysis and research on relevant literatures. The key work of each stage is summarized based on the analysis of the process, and aiming at the key work, the paper identified 36 critical success factors which are macro economic policy, favorable legal framework and policy support et al.关键词
