The design of defibrillation energy generators control system based on IGBT

Abstract
To solve the problem of calibrating defibrillation analyzer,we develop the defibrillation energy generator to provide measurement technology support for the public health,safety and health care.Based on IGBT,we study the conventional single-phase wave index of the defibrillator energy generator circuit,put forward the defibrillation energy control circuit system,and construct the overall framework of the whole system.Moreover,we design system hardware circuit,including design the linear regulator,the self-lifting method of the gate drive design,Multisim circuit simulation.Through the STM32 program,the output of a certain duty cycle of the PWM signal is to control IGBT and interrupt.The results show that the circuit control system works stably and reliably,output the single phase decay exponential wave,and the discharge time data is accurate.Finally,we do repetitive experiments for the design of IGBT control system,and verify the accuracy of the single phase wave energy which meets the requirements of the calibration analyzer.It provides a new idea for further study of defibrillators full bridge inverter circuit energy and the design of high precision pulse divider data acquisition.关键词
