摘要

Abstract

Bismuth phosphate was a new type of semiconductor photocatalyst.The inducing effect of PO3-4 was helpful to the separation of electron hole pair,which played an important role in improving the photocatalytic activity.The BiPO4 photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with bismuth nitrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate.The effects of process parameters of light catalytic activity such as hydrothermal time,hydrothermal temperature,pH and solvent were studied and characterized by XRD,UV-Vis DRS and PL methods.The results of dye simulated wastewater purification tests showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of photocatalytic activity were as follows:hydrothermal time of 6 h,hydrothermal temperature of 160 ℃,pH of 2.1 and water as solvent,among which pH and solvent were main influencing factors.Under the conditions,the degradation of reactive brilliant blue rate could reach to 65 % under UV light after dark adsorption for 30 min.
