摘要

Abstract

Two kinds of power flow control algorithm for AC/DC system with VSC-MTDC are proposed in this paper , i.e.,node current-injection method and improved sequential power flow algorithm. In the node current-injection meth-od,the point of common coupling(PCC)at each terminal is chosen as the interface of alternate solution,and the influ-ence of VSC-MTDC system on AC system is realized by changing the current-injection at PCC. In order to solve the prob-lem that the convergence performance is poor resulting from multiple interface variables in the node current-injection method,sequential power flow algorithm is improved in this paper. The active power transmitted at the PCC of main con-verter station is chosen as the only interface variable to be updated until the convergence condition is satisfied. The va-lidity and feasibility of the two proposed algorithms are verified on the New England system. From the comparison be-tween the two algorithms,it is concluded that the overall performance of the improved sequential power flow algorithm is better than that of the node current-injection method,which provides reference for the selection of power flow algo-rithm for AC/DC system with VSC-MTDC.
