摘要

Abstract

To solve the dynamic unit commitment optimization with wind-thermal power,and considering the time-cou-pling dynamics and the solution to mixed-integer variables,an algorithm is proposed to improve the non-dominated sort-ing genetic algorithm-II( NSGA-II). With the introduction of the concept of energy-saving and emission reduction ,a multiobjective function is built,which aims to minimize the emission of CO2 and SO2,coal consumption,and start-stop cost. Double-optimization strategy is adopted to solve the discrete start-stop variables and the continuous load distribu-tion variables separately,and fuzzy satisfaction-maximizing method is introduced to make a decision on the Pareto solu-tion set,which is also imbedded into each dynamic solution. The simulation on a 10-unit wind farm shows that the pro-posed method is feasible and effective.
