摘要

Abstract

In the paper ,an activity monitoring system for the elderly is designed ,which uses the three-axis acceleration sensor ,the pulse and the oxygen saturation sensor to achievethe elderly population movement monitoring ,the pulse monitoring and the fall alarm .So that the guardians can obtain the information of the elderly's daily activities in anyw here ,and can take some appropriate measures to prevent some accidents happened .The experiment results show that the system is stable ,and has a certain social significance and practical value .
