Abstract
Large amount of clean energy in Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces is delivered through west-to-east power transmission (WEPT) of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) to Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces, effectively promoting optimization of power resources in South China provinces. On the other hand, problems such as lack of competitiveness of western electric power and interest conflicts between eastern and western electric power, result in the fact that CSG WEPT benefit cannot be fully developed, clean energy and its transmission cannot be fully utilized. This paper incorporated carbon trading market to optimize profit of CSG WEPT and straightened out WEPT profit distribution by internalizing external costs of carbon emissions. An electricity optimization WEPT model under carbon trading background was established, taking into consideration main power plants and transmission lines in CSG. A generation increment profit distribution method based on incentive compatible principle was proposed. In WEPT simulation using actual data, effects of carbon trading market on electric power transmission, utilization ratio of hydro power, carbon emission benefit, power generation and profits of each province were quantitatively analyzed. It is verified that incorporation of carbon trade market can resolve increasingly enlarging contradictions in CSG WEPT.关键词
