Optimal Allocation of Intermittent Distributed Generation in Active Distribution Network Considering Benefit of Regional Energy Supplier

Abstract
With the increasingly opening in electricity market, the maturing of distributed generation (DG) technology and the proposing and completing of related policies and regulations, regional energy supplier is stimulated to build distributed generation. This paper proposes a bi-level programming model of active distribution network considering the benefit of regional energy supplier. The maximization of comprehensive benefit of regional energy supplier is taken as the objective of upper level, and the lower level is optimized for each scene, which considered the uncertainties of distributed generation output and load, as well as four active management measures including regulating reactive power compensation capacity, curtailing the output power of DG, regulating the on-load tap changer and demand-side management. A hybrid strategy combining harmony search strategy and particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the model. The model and algorithm is tested with IEEE-33 node system. The simulation results show that the model and algorithm in this paper can increase the capacity of DG and comprehensive benefit of regional energy supplier.关键词
