摘要

Abstract

For local power grid with high penetration of wind power it is difficult to effectively accommodate the wind power. An optimized partitioning method balancing wind power in local power grid considering energy storage system is proposed in this paper. Factors of energy storage system influencing partition of local wind power balance are studied and a mathematical model is established, including dominant load characteristic index, peak-shaving margin in system and annual average cost of external transmission channel construction. On this basis, a new partitioning method balancing wind power in local power grid is proposed. Charging and discharging control strategy of energy storage to stabilize wind power fluctuations and peak load shifting is also put forward. Further, mathematical model and optimized partitioning process balancing wind power in local power grid considering energy storage system are established. Ideal scheme for optimized partition of local power network with wind power balance is obtained by comparison of their safety and economy. Finally, it is verified that the method can effectively improve wind power accommodation ability through example simulation based on an actual local power grid.
