双馈风电场感应发电机效应的安全风险评估方法
Risk-Based Security Assessment Method of IGE Caused by Doubly-Fed Wind Farms

Abstract
Security assessment ofsubsynchronousresonance (SSR) caused by wind power generation mainlyadopts deterministicassessment methods without considering wind speeduncertainty.Results fromdeterministicsecurity assessmentmaybe too optimistic ortooconservative to reflect securitypostures.In order to analyze impact ofwind speed uncertaintyon SSRin wind farms, this paper definesarisk matrix andarisk index, and develops a SSR-orientedsecurity risk assessment method using probabilistic collocation method. The proposed method is used to assess SSRsecurity riskof a wind farmwithimpactof windspeeduncertaintyon SSRtaken into consideration.Results show that SSRsecurityriskof the system with lower level of series compensation decreases with increaseof average wind speeds, whileSSRsecurityriskof the system withhigherlevel of series compensation risesup with increaseof average wind speeds. Under the same wind speed distribution,with increaseofseries compensation level, SSR securityrisk of the systemincreasesat first and then decreases.关键词
