摘要
Abstract
Toll-like receptors(TLRs) belong to pattern recognition receptor family,play an important role in natural immune response.10 avian TLRs have been characterized.After pathogen infection,TLRs are activated and cause a series of anti-virus-related factors to increase,and involve in the host antiviral immune response.This paper described the basic characteristics of birds and antiviral TLRs signal transduction pathway,and analyzed the antimicrobial effect of TLRs in order to lay the foundation for the study of the molecular mechanisms of TLRs.关键词
