Preventive and Curative Effects of Taurine on Alcoholic Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
Long term alcohol intake can lead to liver damage,and the incidence of alcoholic liver disease is increasing year by year with the development of economy.However,as for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease,there is no efficient and effective method.Taurine is a kind of natural free amino acid,which is widely existed in animals and has a wide range of biological effects.This paper summarized the biological effects of taurine,injury mechanisms of alcohol on the liver cells,and the preventive and curative effects of taurine on the liver injury caused by alcohol in order to further explore the preventive and curative mechanisms of taurine on alcoholic liver disease and provide references for clinical treatment of alcoholic liver disease.关键词
