摘要
Abstract
A four-months-old Teddy dog died suddenly during the intravenous fluid administration treatment of coronavirus infection.The autopsy results showed that there were several obvious gross lesions especially in the lung and heart.Histopathological results showed that there were severe lesions of diffusive pulmonary congestion and edema and local necrosis of myocardium.Through the clinical history,necropsy and histopathological observation,the dog was diagnosed as canine coronavirus infection accompanied with acute pulmonary edema,which finally caused the death of the dog.The systematic pathological and histopathological analysis were conducted and discussed in this article in order to provide practical suggestion for the diagnosis and treatment of the similar cases.关键词
