Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of lamotrigine (LTG) treated children epilepsy and analyze the influence factors.Methods:To retrospective analyze the clinical data of epileptic children treated by LTG and statistical analyze the relativity between curative effect and gender,onset of the age,mental development,the types of attacks,the course of disease before using LTG treatment,monotherapy/adjunctive therapy,blood concentration.Results:One hundred and eighty-five cases were collected in outpatient clinics and ward of pediatrics department in Peking University First Hospital from May 2012 to November 2014,with duration of treatment by LTG,no attack rate was 16.2％,effectiveness rate was 38.9％,ineffectiveness rate was 44.9％,the total effectiveness rate was 55.1％.Related factors were mental development before the onset (P =0.002) and the types of attacks (P =0.072) by single factor analysis.Only mental development before the onset was the factor influencing the LTG efficacy by multiple-factor analysis (OR =2.67,95 ％ CI (1.39,5.10),P =0.003).Conclusion:LTG makes good efficacy for children epilepsy.Mental development before the onset of epilepsy was the influence factor of the drug efficacy.关键词
