我院丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果分析
Monitoring Results of Serum Concentration of Valproic Acid in Our Hospital

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the monitoring results of serum concentration of valproic acid in our hospital,to explore factors that influence children's serum concentration of sodium valproate,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The serum concentrations of valproic acid were determined by homogeneous enzyme immune method and the results were analyzed.Results:Among the serum concentrations of sodium valproate in 1,671 cases,871 cases (52.12％) were between 50 to 100 μg/mL,10 cases(0.60％) were 0 μg/mL,719 cases (43.03％) were lower than 50 μg/mL,71 cases (4.25％) were higher than 100 μg/mL.The impact of age and sex on the serum concentrations of sodium valproate had no statistical difference (P＞0.05),while impact of drug compliance and combined use of drugs on the serum concentrations of sodium valproate had statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:It's necessary to inhance individual administration by monitoring the serum concentration of sodium valproate,in order to protect the safety of drug use in children.关键词
