40Cr基体温度对激光熔覆Cr18Ni8Mo2Si的影响
Effects of the Substrate Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Cladding Cr18Ni8Mo2Si on 40Cr

Abstract
Orthogonal experimental arrangements of laser cladding Cr18Ni8Mo2Si on the 40Cr substrate were conducted to investigate the effects of four parameters,preheating temperature,laser power,scanning speed and beam diameter on the microstructure and properties of claddings.The results showed that the residual stress of laser cladded Crl8Ni8Mo2Si decreases as the preheating temperature increases.The minimum residual stress was achieved at the parameter combination:the preheating temperature of 400 ℃,1 200 W laser power,scanning speed of 4 mm · s-1,and a 3 mm beam diameter.Additionally,as the preheating temperature increases,the defects in the cladding microstructure were reduced and better bonding performance were obtained.The microhardness of the cladding layer was also improved as the preheating temperature rises.The results provide a theoretical basis for laser cladding of die cutting machine tool.关键词
