改善小学生耐挫力的运动干预实验研究
Experimental Study on Resilience Exercise Interventions of Pupils
摘要
Abstract
Pupils' resilience level become the real problem that affect the healthy growth,and our goverument and the society also expects a research focus.This research station in reality the demand point of view.A new means to use the ‘ sports type,participatory,experiential’ experiment teaching.Using the adolescent mental resilience scale and semi-structured interview were carried out on the experimental teaching evaluation.Through the three-month experiment,the results showed that:the movement type interventions for pupils' positive cognitive,emotional quality control,personal assistance,purpose focused were improved obviously,and resilience quality family support dimension did not produce obvious effect.To sum up,resilience quality can through movement type means to intervene,and has good effect of intervention.关键词
