The impact of suspended gasless laparoscopic myomectomy on immune function and ovarian function

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of suspended gasless laparoscopic myomectomy on immune function and ovarian func-tion. Methods:From Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014,76 patients who underwent myomectomy were divided into observation group and control group with random number table,the control group underwent pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery,observation group received sus-pended gasless laparoscopic myomectomy,then operative data,immune function and ovarian function were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time,blood loss of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=2. 462-3. 337,P<0. 01);On the third day after surgery,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4/CD8 ratios in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=2. 316-4. 191,P<0. 05). In the postoperative 6 months,level of estradiol and progesterone in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteotropic hormone were significant-ly higher than those of the control group (t=2. 153-2. 458,P<0. 05). Conclusions:Suspended gasless laparoscopic myomectomy helps to reduce the surgical trauma,protect the immune function,and promote postoperative recovery of ovarian function.关键词
