Abstract
Mainly for agricultural irrigation, the Manasi River in Xinjiang is a water supply system with functions of water diversion, water saving and water transportation as well as flood protection and electricity generation.It is a river with high usage and good management in water resources.The paper analyzes the notable social efficiency and economy efficiency of the river and its development potential by agricultural water saving irrigation, which provides reference for agricultural irrigation inside and outside the district with similar conditions.关键词
