Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of atorvastatin combined with allopurinol on blood lipid,blood uric acid (BUA) of patients with hypedipemia combined with hyperuricemia.Methods 102 cases of hyperlipemia combined with hyperuricemia were selected and divided into group A,B,C,34 cases in each group.Group A was given atorvastatin combined with allopurinoi,group B was given atorvastatin,and group C was given allopurinol,the course of the treatment was 4 weeks.Observed the levels of TG,TC,LDL,HDL,UA,ALT,CK,BUN,and adverse reactions of the patients.Results After treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL were all lower than those before treatment among three groups,and those of group A,B were lower than those of group C (P＜0.05);the level of UA was lower than that before treatment among three groups,and those of group A,B were lower than that of group C,that of group A was lower than that of group B (P＜0.05);the levels of ALT of group A,B,the levels of CK of three groups,and the levels of BUN of group A,C were all higher than those before treatment,the levels of CK of group A,B were higher than that of group C,that of group A was higher than that of group B (P＜0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the level of BUN before and after treatment in group B or among three groups (P＞0.05).During the treatment,there was 1 case of gastrointestinal reaction in group A,3 cases of gastrointestinal reaction in group B,4 cases of gastrointestinal reaction and 2 cases of gout attack in group C.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with allopurinol can obviously lower blood lipid,UA of patients with hyperlipemia combined with hyperuricemia,with high safety.关键词
