Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute pancreatitis and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.Study group received comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group received routine nursing intervention.Compared abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and bowel sound relief time,blood amylase and urine amylase recovery time,nursing satisfaction rate,and the quality of life before and after the nursing intervention of two groups.Results The abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and bowel sound relief time of study group were all shorter than those of control group [(4.36±1.03)d vs.(5.46±1.17)d,(4.18±0.87)d vs.(5.68±l.09)d,(3.25±0.45)d vs.(5.16 ±0.78)d],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The blood amylase and urine amylase recovery time of study group were both shorter than those of control group [(5.57±1.25)d vs.(7.35±1.40)d,(5.91±1.36)d vs.(8.17±l.54)d],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of study group (97.5％) was higher than that of control group (75％) (P＜0.05).The cognitive,role,physical,emotional,social scores and the total health score increased in both two groups after the intervention (P＜0.05),the cognitive,role,physical,emotional,social scores and the total health score of study group after the intervention were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on patients with acute pancreatitis,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
