Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the complications of lung cancer patients complicated with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer and diabetes treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing care,while observation group was given individualized nursing intervention.Compared the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (5％ vs.57.5％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=10.2351,P--0.0258).The postoperative fasting blood glucose was (7.15±2.03) mmol/L in observation group,and (9.04±1.43)mmol/L in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing care helps to significantly reduce the incidence of complications and mortality in patients with lung cancer and diabetes,which is worth promotion and application.关键词
