摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qizao oral liquid. Method D-optimal response surface methodology was used. The key factors for extraction process, including water volume, decoction time and number of times were optimized by determining the content of Astragaloside IV. Result The optimal factors were as follows: 12 times volume of water, 1. 53 hours of decoction time for 3 times. Conclusion D-optimal response surface methodology could be successfully applied for the optimization of extraction process of Qizao oral liquid, which helps to enhance contents of active compounds and ensure the efficacy.
