转化生长因子β1与多囊卵巢综合征发病的关系
The Linkages between Transforming Growth Factor β1 and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common gynecological endocrine disorders, which incidence is increasing year by year. But there is no established conclusion about its etiology and pathogenesis until now. In recent years, much attention has been paid to molecular biology and genetic research concerning PCOS, and scholars at home and abroad have found that transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-β1) is closely related to the pathogenesis of PCOS. Many studies have suggested that the expression of TGF-β1 in serum and ovarian fluid of patients with PCOS is higher than the normal, and TGF-β1 has played an important role in the promotion of follicular atresia, ovarian stromal fibrosis, hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia and endometrial cancer. In this paper, the linkages of TGF-β1 in the pathogenesis of PCOS were reviewed in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of PCOS.关键词
