影响原发性癫痫患者发生认知功能障碍的危险因素分析
Risk Factors of Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Primary Epilepsy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with primary epilepsy.Methods:The cognitive dysfunction of one hundred cases with primary epilepsy (study group) and 50 healthy controls (control group) were evaluated by Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale scale (WAIS-RC) cognitive function test.The related factors affecting the cognitive function were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:The scores of knowledge,comprehension,arithmetic and other 11 parameters scored in the cognitive function test of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.001).Verbal IQ (VIQ) scores,performance IQ (PIQ) scores and full scale IQ (FIQ) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.001).Correlation analysis showed that FIQ and education,physical quantity,time of onset and seizure duration were significantly correlated with the injury(R=0.611).VIQ was significantly related to education and the number of anti-epileptic drugs (R=0.619).The PIQ was significantly related to time of onset,age,the number of antiepileptic drugs and education (R=0.571).Conclusion:The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in patients with primary epilepsy is significantly related to the degree of education,age,duration of disease,the number of antiepileptic drugs,and the duration of attacks.关键词
