Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of women of childbearing age with Parkinson's disease (PD) in menstrual cycles.Methods:Women of childbearing age with PD from Aerospace Central Hospital and Beijing Tian Tan Hospital were collected.Time period and clinical manifestations in menstrual cycles,ages of onset,courses of disease,menstrual history,reproductive history,gynecological diseases and surgical history,UPDRS-Ⅲ scores,modified H-Y stage and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) were recorded and analyzed.Results:Eighty-eight cases are collected.The symptom fluctuations occur 3.5 days before menstruation or 2.7 days after menstruation,but mainly during menstruation with slowly drug action and short effect duration.60.2％ of the cases are combined with gynecological diseases,43.2％ have had gynecological operations.The average age of menopause is (47.9±3.3) years.There are significant statistical differences (P＜0.000) of UPDRS-Ⅲ scores,modified H-Y stages and BAI scores between menstrual period and non-menstrual period.Conclusion:Women of childbearing age with PD are susceptible to menstrual cycles.Deterioration of clinical symptoms occurs in different periods of menstruation.关键词
