中药注射剂严重不良反应102例分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze serious adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injection.Methods:Datum from 102 cases of severe ADR caused by TCM injection were collected in ADR monitoring centre from January 2015 to January 2016,and were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Serious ADR caused by TCM injection major occured in 30-60 years old patients (43.14％),and involved in systemic reaction (37.68％),cardiovascular system (17.39％) and respiratory system (16.43％).A total of 22 kinds of TCM injections were involved and the top five were Shenmai injection (17.65％),Tanreqing injection (14.71％),Shuanghuanglian injection (9.80％),Xuesaitong injection (7.84％) and Reduning injection (7.84％).70 cases improved,27 cases were cured,2 cases had sequelae and 3 cases died.Conclusion:ADR caused by TCM injection was general.We need to improve the monitoring to ensure drug security and prevent adverse reactions in future.关键词
