预防性护理对小儿尿道下裂术后并发症的干预效果观察
Effect of preventive nursing care on postoperative complications of children with hypospadias

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of preventive nursing care on postoperative complications of children with hypospadias.Methods:112 children with hypospadias undergoing urethroplasty in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 56 cases in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing care,while those in the observation group received additional preventive nursing care on the basis of routine care.The postoperative recovery,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The first defecation time,catheter extraction time and hospital days in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).The VAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than the control group at 3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation (P ＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 7.14％ in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (28.57％) (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Predictive care was effective and reliable in nursing care for hypospadias children after operation,which could reduce postoperative complications,relieve pain and promote recovery.关键词
