摘要

Abstract

Concerning the application of vacuum switches in capacitive reactive compensation,this article introduces the mechanism of capacitive current switching for vacuum switches and the design of two kinds of synthetic circuit for capacitive current switching tests,and then it analyzes the characteristics of the current techniques of capacitive switching for vacuum switches.Besides,analysis is focused on a high-frequency high-voltage impulse conditioning techniques.According to the experiment results,the high-frequency high-voltage impulse conditioning techniques can effectively reduce the values of restrike possibility and its scatterings,after capacitive current switching for vacuum switches.Therefore,this techniques can significantly increase the capacity of capacitive current switching for vacuum switches.The authors hope this paper can make contributions to the development of capacitive switching technique for vacuum switches,and make it possible for vacuum switches to be used in higher voltage levels for reactive compensation.
