Abstract
Conventional design method of spring actuator cam profile for a vacuum circuit breaker depends on experience or repetitive trials,resulting in mismatch between the cam profile and the load characteristics.In this paper,a negative feedback optimization design method is proposed for the design of spring actuator cam profile of a vacuum circuit breaker.First,the dynamic characteristics are derived from the load characteristics.Second,the cam profile is calculated via the cam angle,which is reversely derived from the dynamic characteristics.Third,the load characteristics are verified and amended by the closing dynamic characteristics of the cam to satisfy the switching velocity.Finally,the verification results show that the cam profile designed by the proposed optimization design method can match the load characteristics with the dynamic characteristics accurately,and ensure reliable closing operation of the vacuum circuit breaker.关键词
