摘要

Abstract

In view of temperature rise in design of a 12 kV/4 000 A switchgear cabinet,the cabinet's structure of KYN28A-12 kV/4 000 A was modified through limiting heat and improving heat radiation.A simplified 3D model of the structure was established and embedded into the software Ansys to analyze the temperature field in the cabinet.Both simulated and experimental temperature rise values in the modified switchgear cabinet satisfy the standards of GB 3906-2006 and IEC 62271,implying that the structure modification is reasonable.However,the simulated maximum temperature rise point is not consistent with the experimental one,which needs further research.
