植物乳杆菌粘附性与其表面特征关系的探究
Relationships between adhesion abilities and surface properties of Lactobacillus plantarum

Abstract
Four Lactobacillus plantarum strains were isolated and identified from fermented food using HT29 cells as in vitro model combined with 16S rDNA sequencing identification.The correlation of phenotypic characteristics of Lactobacillus plantarum strain adhesion ability,surface hydrophobicity and aggregation ability were further investigated.Results indicated that AR326 of Lactobacillus plantarum showed the strongest adhesion to the HT29 cells.Furthermore,this strain also exhibited highly aggregation ability (the aggregation rate at 5 h > 25%) and highly co-aggregation ability (the co-aggregation rate at 5 h >25%).However,its surface hydrophobic ability (the surface hydrophobicity < 15%) was unexpectedly lowest among the four strains.Correlation analysis results revealed that the auto-aggregation ability and co-aggregation ability of Lactobacillus plantarum from fermented food were related to the adhesive ability of the HT29 cells significantly (p <0.05);but there were not significantly (p > 0.05) correlated to each other between auto-aggregation ability,co-aggregation ability and surface hydrophobicity.These results provided a reference for establishing techniques of rapid screening highly adhesive Lactobacillus plantarum strains and their colonization and distribution in vivo.关键词
