Abstract
In the contradictory situation of economic development and environmental pollution, technological innovation has become the key to resolving this conflict.In this paper, we take China's 35 industrial sectors of panel data from 2006-2013 for the study.According to the degree of pollution, the industry is classified by severe, moderate and slightly polluting industries.And from the perspective of three different types of pollution-intensive industries, this paper tries to explore the influence of technological innovation for environmental regulation.The study has found: environmental regulation had different effects on different sectors which were classified by the degree of contamination.It restrains the technology innovation of severe as well as moderate polluting industries, on the contrary, it boosts the technology innovation of slightly polluting industries.This paper analyzes the reasons of differential influence and proposes appropriate political recommendations based on industries.关键词
