Dilemma and Pathway of Practical Ability Cultivation for the Administrative Management Students——A Case Study of Anhui University of Finance and Economics
摘要
Abstract
The practical ability of the students is directly related to their employment competitiveness.The Anhui University of Finance and Economics administrative management major has taken some positive measures, but there are lots of problems such as misunderstanding, lack of practice periods for professional courses, lacking social practice base, and shortage of the students′ subjectivity.In order to further enhance the students' competitiveness for employment ability and their self-development ability, the professional intends to take positive measure which can help the teachers, the students and the cooperative company realize the importance of practice ability, set rational orientation training objectives, optimize of practice teaching system, and improve the training mechanism, etc.关键词
