白内障患者泪液晶体及房水氧化应激状态指标变化研究
Study on the Changes of Tear Crystalline Lens and Aqueous Oxidative Stress State Indicators of Patients with Cataract

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and study the change situation of tear, crystalline lens and aque-ous humor oxidative stress state indexes of patients with cataract. Methods:84 patients with cataract, From February 2012 to September 2014, were the observation group, and 84 patients with eye trauma treated in a short time at the same period were the control group. Then the tear, crystalline lens and aqueous humor oxida-tive stress state related indexes of two groups were compared. And the tear, crystalline lens and aqueous humor related indexes of observation group with cataract of incipient stage, immature stage, maturation stage and o-verripe stage were compared. Results: The expression of tear, crystalline lens and aqueous humor oxidative stress state related indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group,and the expression of tear, crystalline lens and aqueous humor related indexes of observation group with cataract of incipient stage, immature stage, maturation stage and overripe stage had significant differences, P<0.05, all the items all had significant differences. Conclusion:The expression differences of tear, crystalline lens and aqueous ox-idative stress state indexes of patients with cataract are obvious, and the influence of cataract stages for the in-dexes are great.关键词
