探讨视网膜激光光凝术治疗各种眼底病的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of various ocular fundus diseases. Methods:187 fundus diseases cases admitted in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 89 cases in the con-trol group given Woli Ting drug treatment, observation group, 98 cases ( by retinal laser photocoagulation for treatment, after 2 months of treatment comparison. Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observa-tion group of 90.82% was significantly higher than 76.40% ( P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of group ob-served was about 1.02% and it was significantly lower than the 4.49% in the control group ( P<0.05) . Con-clusion:Treatment of ophthalmic surgery by laser photocoagulation treatment of different retinal diseases can significantly improve the overall efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
