椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗腰椎管狭窄症早期疗效研究
Study on Transforaminal Endoscopic BEIS Technique for the Treatment of Lumbar Foraminal Stenosis early Curative Effect

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of spinal canal stenosis with transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of lumbar BEIS. Methods:80 cases of lumbar foraminal stenosis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into minimally invasive group ( transfo-raminal endoscopic BEIS) and conventional group ( traditional surgery) in 40 cases, compared two groups of patients with operation time, blood loss, hospital stay, pain, ODI function postoperative score. Results: The operation time, minimally invasive group bleeding volume and hospitalization time were lower than the tradi-tional group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05);1 weeks after surgery, after 1 months, 3 months, minimally invasive group VAS, ODI scores and the traditional group was not statistically significant (P>0.05), two groups of patients, VAS compared with the preoperative ODI score were significantly de-creased ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Transforaminal endoscopic BEIS technique in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis has less trauma, quicker recovery advantages. And the surgical effect is equivalent to traditional sur-gery.关键词
