Abstract
In the increasingly competitive market environment, how to reduce the cost of construction has been the focus of attention for construction enterprises. Due to the fact that it is unfavorable to reduce the cost of construction by traditional inventory management, scholars have been exploring advantages of inventory management of supply chain. Vendor managed inventory has changed the way of traditional inventory management and improved the income of supply chain. However, in the process of implementation of VMI, there is no reciprocity between the supplier and the construction unit. So it is necessary to coordinate the distribution of the benefits during the process of implementation of VMI . From the view of inventory cost, the direct benefit of VMI is analyzed. The method to coordinate income distribution between supplier and the construction is proposed with Stackelberg game and price compensation, and an example is given to illustrate the result. Finally, the shortcomings of the analysis and the prospect for future research are pointed out.关键词
