产褥期感染相关危险因素的评估
Evaluation of risk factors related to puerperal infection
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To discuss risk factors of puerperal infection and establish logistic regression prediction model , thus providing basis for clinical prevention and reduction of maternity puerperal infection .Methods:Clinical data of 1026 par-turients were retrospectively analyzed .Moreover, univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were adopted to evaluate the risk factors related to puerperal infection .Results:A total of 64 cases out of 1026 parturients were infected during puerpe-rium, with the infection rate of 6.24%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy complications , pre-natal anemia, vaginitis, birth process, rupture of membrane time, postpartum hemorrhage, invasive procedures were the risk factors(P<0.05).The area under ROC curve of combined detection of the seven serum markers was 0.819.Conclu-sion:The logistic regression model based on seven risk factors , such as pregnancy complication and prenatal anemia ,etc, could well predict puerperal infection.关键词
