玉米秸皮纤维提取工艺的研究

摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the emergence of the insufficient fiber wire brush, the yellow col-or and other issues in making paper of corn stalk bark fiber, and improve the quality of corn stalk bark paper, this paper studied the extraction process of corn stalk bark fiber,by using the single factor test method in this paper.The test results showed that alkali concentration boiling time and ratio of material to liquid and sodium hydroxide mass fraction influenced the extraction of corn straw fiber and the quality of fiber in the alkali treatment process.The best parameters of fiber extraction in laboratory were as follows.The alkali boiling time was 60 min, material liquid ratio was 1:30, and sodium hydroxide mass fraction was 12%.This method can significantly improve the extraction quality of fiber, and the fiber wire brush effect is improved obviously.关键词
