家庭自我管理监测表在慢性心力衰竭患者家庭康复中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of monitoring table on family self-management for family rehabili-tation of patients with chronic heart failure. Method Divide 150 patients with chronic heart failure into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) by random number table. Patients in both two groups receive early cardiac rehabilitation in hospital. Patients in control group receive routine health education before discharge and follow-up interview by phone and Wechat. Patients in observation group receive intervention on family rehabilitation by monitoring table on family self-man-agement based on routine education and interview. Compare 6-min walking distance, family rehabilitation compliance and self-care ability of patients in two groups after half a year's intervention. Result There is no significant difference on self-care ability between two groups at discharge (P>0.05). Patients in observation group have better self-care ability and family rehabilitation compliance and longer 6-min walking distance than patients in control group after half a year's interven-tion(P<0.05). The difference is significant. Conclusion Application of monitoring table on family self-management can be helpful for cardiac rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure.关键词
