摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the roles of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer in a-cute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 cases with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,namely progressive group and non-progressive group.Fifty patients who received healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as controls.The levels of C-reactive protein,homocys-teine and D-dimer were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer in the progressive group and non-progressive group were significantly higher than those in the control group.And the progressive group showed higher levels compared with non-progressive group.All differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer are helpful to j udge the progression of cerebral infarction and take positive measures according to the actual situations.关键词
