外周血白细胞与急性缺血性卒中的相关性研究
Correlation of leukocyte counts in the peripheral blood with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the early leukocyte counts and its subtypes in the peripheral blood with the incidence and development of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 588 patients with AIS and 630 pa-tients free of stroke matched with gender and age were recruited in this study.The clinical data of the two groups were compared and the multi-factor Logistic regression was used.AIS patients were divided into lacunar AIS group(n=151)and non-lacunar AIS group(n=437)according to infarction size scanned by CT or MRI.The related leukocyte parameters of the two groups were com-pared and the multi-factor Logistic regression was used.Results The leukocyte counts,neutrophil counts and neutrophil to lym-phocyte ratio(NLR)in the AIS group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Logistic regression analysis showed that the leukocyte counts(OR=1.073,95%CI:1.017~1.132,P=0.009)and neutrophil counts(OR=1.068,95% CI:1.001~1.139,P=0.046)entered the regression equation.Compared with the lacunar AIS group,the leukocyte counts of the non-lacunar AIS group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the Logistic regression analysis showed that the leukocyte counts(OR=0.898,95%CI:0.811~0.995,P=0.040)entered the regression equation.Conclusion The elevated leu-kocyte and neutrophil counts are independent risk factors for AIS,and the low leukocyte counts is independent risk factor for lacu-nar AIS.So the leukocyte counts has a certain predictive value in the incidence and infarction volume of AIS.关键词
