摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of edaravone combined with Danshen injection for acute cerebral in-farction(ACI).Methods We selected 88 cases with acute cerebral infarction from May 2013 to May 2015 as study objects,and di-vided them into observation group and control group on the basis of the random number table method,44 cases in each group.In addition to routine therapy in neurology department,Danshen injection was applied to control group and the combined treatment of edaravone and Danshen injection was used to observation group.The neurological deficits,limb movement,activity of daily living and adverse events before and after treatment were recorded.Results Before treatment,there were no differences between two groups in terms of NIHSS scores,Barthel index scores and Fugl-Meyer scores(P>0.05),after treatment all of which were obvi-ously ameliorated in both two groups(P<0.05)and were better improved in the observation group compared with control group (P<0.05).The two groups showed no severe adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion The combination of edaravone and Danshen injection which can effectively clean free radical,protect brain tissues,improve the activity of daily living, neurological function and movement ability and elevate the quality of life,should be worthy of popular application.关键词
