Abstract
Objective To investigate the association of serum uric acid(UA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)level in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods one hundred and ten patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from Janu-ary 2014 to August 2016 were deemed as the experimental group,and according to the prognosis the experimental group was divid-ed into good-prognosis group and poor-prognosis group.The levels of serum uric acid and CRP from 110 patients and 80 healthy controls were detected and compared.Results The levels of UA and CRP in acute cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).And good-prognosis group got higher levels than poor-prognosis group(P<0.5).Conclusion UA and CRP may be associated with the occurrence,severity and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.They pro-vide a new direction to disease monitoring,early intervention and treatment.关键词
