Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma de-cotion for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-four cases with acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm-stasis blocking collat-eral type in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group had 32 cases.Xingnaojing injection was applied to the both groups and the treatment group additionally re-ceived Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion.Results Total effective rate of control group was 81% and which of the treatment group was 93%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in neurological function deficit scores before treatment(P>0.05),but which were significantly less in the treatment group after treatment compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion can improve the neuro-logical function deficits and the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type.关键词
