Analysis of the care burden of stroke patients'caregivers with different gender
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the perception of the care burden of stroke patients'caregivers with different gender, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of a reasonable long-term care system.Methods Taking convenience sampling method,212 stroke patients'main caregivers were investigated.Results The average scores of care burden for both men and women were 38.49±5.163 and 42.46±7.409,and caregivers were at a moderate level.Caregivers showed the difference in time-dependent burden,development limited burden,physical burden,social burden and emotional burden.Multiple linear regression a-nalysis revealed that educational level and time of care were the main factors influencing the scores of male caregivers.And educa-tional level,time of care and marital status were the main factors influencing the scores of female caregivers.Conclusion We should pay attention to give strong support to middle aged and old people with low level of education and caring for a long time,es-pecially for married women,eventually promoting the early recovery of patients.关键词
