载脂蛋白H基因多态性与卒中后抑郁的相关性研究
Relationship between Apolipoprotein H(ApoH)and post-stroke Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein H(ApoH)polymorphism in exon3 and post-stroke depression.Methods G341A(Ser88Asn)polymorphism in ApoH gene was determined by PCR-single strand conformation plymorphism analysis and DNA sequencing in 100 healthy controls,160 patients with stroke (40 patients with post stroke depres-sion and 120 cases of patients without depression).Results Compared with brain stroke group and control group,latency in ERP including N2 and P3 of PSD group has prolonged(FN2=152.516,P=0.000;FP3=51.186,P=0.000),the amplitude of P3 in PSD was lower (FP3=40.633,P=0.000).ApoH level in PSD group was higher than the control group and the group without de-pression,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Statistically significant differences in exon3 polymorphism were found between the controls and stroke patients.But no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)were found between the PSD group and the non-depression group (P>0.05).Conclusion G341A (Ser88Asn)polymorphism polymorphism can be used as a risk factors in stroke.But there is no close relation between polymorphism of the apolipoprotein H exon3 and PSD.关键词
